Central Texas Catfish

What another great tournament. We had 24 teams and a lot of fun. The Friday night meeting and feast was fantastic. Everyone chowed down on shrimp courtly ribs and chicken with taters and veggies. Lots of family’s showed up both day’s. Saturdays weight in/ fish fry went good. We would like to thanks Nick Goodman and Joe Towers for all the work they put in for all the preparing and cooking. These guys can cook some great food. The calf fries were really good.

With the winds switching out of the north Saturday morning it made if some tough fishing. But just about everyone caught fish. We paid out over $2400 in prize money this time.

First Place went to Rogers/Nails with a total weight of 28.8 pounds. First place paid $1052. Plus they also won the Big Fish Pot
of $330.

Second Place was won by Goodman/Towers with a total weight of 18 pounds. They took home a check for $526.

Third Place was won by the Langley’s a father and daughter team. They won with a total weight of 13.2 with a nice payout of $315.

Fourth Place winners were c couple of brother’s.
Pavur/Pavur took home a prize of $210.
