Claims, injuries, and or damages incurred in connection with said tournament. I further understand and agree that
Tournament officials reserve the right to refund the entry fee if they choose for any reason not to accept my
Application. I agree to undergo polygraph/ urine/ blood test if requested. I hereby agree that should I (we) fail
Said test I (we) will forfeit any and all prizes, this being a contractual agreement to pass said test. I understand
That pictures will be taken during and after each tournament and I (we) authorize my (our) photo’s to be used for
Publications and web sites.
